Day before the first competition

      Tomorrow the 12th of September, the Henry county Marching Band will be loading up early to compete at Burbon county high school. The high amounts of work and effort put into practicing for this first competitive performance is extrodinary. I and the rest of the band family do wish that we get a high rating due to the fact that alot of the members are new. This is my 5th year in Marching Band and i have a good vibe coming from this years band. Good luck you guys! Im sure we can do this!

Marching band anyone?

To people out there that are in marching band or wish to be in marching band, it is worth it! You make great friends that are always there for you, and are lots of fun. I personally am passionate about this sport. Everyone works hard to succeed in creating a fabulous performance no matter the weather. Unless its a tornado of course, and are completely involved because marching band is fun! You can always be yourself and go crazy and let your nerdiness unleash. When I'm out on the field or at rehearsals I feel at home. The fellow people in your marching band are always going to be a second family to you.
